Commercial partnership with Orange Business Services

Telit Communications PLC (AIM: TCM), an international leader in wireless machine-to-machine (M2M) technology, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Telit Wireless Solutions, has entered into an agreement with Orange Business Services, one of the leading corporate telecommunications operators, whereby Telit will distribute Orange Business Services’ complete range of M2M solutions on the French market.

Issue of equity to BAMES

Telit Communications plc (AIM: TCM), announces that it has issued and allotted 2,700,000 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") to Bartolini After Market Electronics Services s.r.l. ("BAMES"). This follows the transferral from BAMES of its 10 per cent. of the share capital in the Company's Italian subsidiary Telit Wireless Solutions s.r.l ("Telit s.r.l."), as anticipated in the announcement made by Telit on 16 June 2010.

BAMES agreement

Telit Communications plc (AIM: TCM), announces that it has signed an agreement with Bartolini After Market Electronics Services s.r.l. (“BAMES”), whereby Telit will acquire from BAMES its 10 per cent. of the ordinary shares in Telit Wireless Solutions s.r.l (“Telit s.r.l.”). Following this transaction Telit will own 100 per cent. of the ordinary shares in Telit s.r.l. and the cross-holdings between the two groups will end.

Trading update and Notice of Results

The Board of Telit (AIM: TCM), the global wireless communications developer and distributor, is happy to announce a trading update ahead of its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2009. The Company expects that unaudited revenues for the twelve months ended 31 December 2009 will be in line with market expectations at approximately €63 million, or 7% above 2008 revenues. Telit expects to release its preliminary results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2009 on or about 2 March 2010.
