An experienced CEO and entrepreneur, Oozi Cats, in 2000, was the founder of a high level communications engineering and distribution company (Dai Telecom Ltd) in Israel. In 2002 he was the visionary who led Dai Telecom to take over Telit in Italy and turn it from a bankrupt company into a global player in the m2m market. The complex turnaround program included strategic redefinition, financial restructuring, and human resource reorganization. Headed by Mr. Cats as CEO, Telit was listed in the London Stock Exchange in April 2005. Prior to his roll in Telit, Mr. Cats was the founder and CEO of Auto Depot Ltd, an Israeli Mass Merchandising chain for vehicle supplies and services.
 
Moscovitz Yossi

Yossi Moscovitz, is the Chief Operating Officer of Telit Communications PLC. His previous role within Telit Italy was the Head of the Data Products Business Division. Prior to working for Telit Italy, Mr. Moscovitz was responsible for the management of the Data Products activity of Dai Telecom Israel. Before joining Dai Telecom Israel he was the Chief Executive Officer of Cell Data Ltd., an Israeli company engaged in the development and sales of data products utilising CDMA technology and the CEO of Microkim, an Israeli company operating in the field of wireless communications. Mr. Moscovitz holds a B.Sc.EE from the Technion, Israel's leading technological Institute.
 
Hierl Dominikus

Dominikus Hierl, has been General Manager of the Data Products Division since September 2004. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Hierl was the Vice President for Business Development at SIEMENS AG, Wireless Modules, responsible for the strategy and business development of the Wireless Modules division (one of four divisions of Siemens Mobile) and a member of the management board of the division. During his six year tenure with SIEMENS, Mr. Hierl worked for SIEMENS Wireless Modules as a manager in several sales and marketing roles. Prior to working with SIEMENS, Mr. Hierl worked 4 years for Rohde & Schwarz as Sales Manager. He is a graduate of Fachhochschule München in Electrical Engineering (Emphasis on Digital Electronics) and in Industrial Engineering.
 
Dafna Yariv

Yariv Dafna has held the position of CFO of the Telit Wireless Solutions business unit (TWS) since June 2006 and was actively involved in the purchase of the m2m division of Bellwave (currently named Telit APAC) and the set up of Telit Americas. Prior to his current position, from 2003 to 2006, he was a financial manager of Dai Telecom Ltd. Yariv also took an active role in Telit's IPO on AIM in 2005. Yariv holds a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management Academic Studies (Rishon LeZion, Israel), and is a certified Public Accountant. He originally trained as an accountant at Brightman Almagor (Deloitte's Israeli affiliate) from 1999 to 2003.
 
Galai Michael

Michael Galai

Michael Galai joined Telit Communications PLC in 2006 as VP Legal & General Counsel. Before that he was General Counsel at Lipman Electronic Engineering Ltd. (Nasdaq, TASE: LPMA) where he took an active part in a secondary offer to the public and the company's sale to VeriFone Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PAY). Before joining Lipman, Mr. Galai was an associate with Goldfarb, Levy, Eran and Co., an Israeli general full-service business practice that serves a wide range of Israeli and foreign clients, with special emphasis on international transactions, financing, securities, mergers and acquisitions and related activities. Mr. Galai also spent six year in the Israel Securities Authority, holding a variety of positions, including spokesperson. He has an MBA (Major in Finance), and an L.L.B from the Tel Aviv University School of Law and is a member of the Israeli Bar.
 
Lustig Maya

Maya Lustig

For the last five years, Maya Lustig has served as the IR and PR manager of Lipman Electronic Engineering (NASDAQ, TASE: LPMA), providing a proactive, carefully planned and well-executed investor relations program which enabled the company to achieve a fair value in the US and the Israeli capital markets. Maya was personally involved in Lipman's Initial Public Offering on NASDAQ in 2004. Lipman was recently acquired by VeriFone (NYSE: PAY) for more than $1Billion. Prior to her position in Lipman, Maya served for three years as the Director of Investor Relations of the Koteret Group providing public companies traded in Israel and the US proactive relationship with the Israeli and the foreign financial community, analysts, institutional investors, portfolio managers, brokers, individuals and journalists to ensure they will be accurately valued and well known in the marketplace. Maya offers strategic consulting to the management. Her role is twofold. Firstly, she provides investors with a complete company overview so that the company can be well understood and fairly valued. Secondly, she communicates to management relevant information and opinions held by investors, analysts and other major players in the capital market which help the company focus on improving its value. Maya holds a BA in Economy and Business Administration from The Open University of Tel-Aviv.
 
Bufalino Alexander

Alexander Bufalino joined Telit in 2005. Previous to Telit he worked several years for Siemens AG and a Siemens AG spin off company, Enocean. He held the position of Sales Director in Europe at Siemens wireless modules, the m2m business segment. He has been awarded for best sales achievements in the region at global level. At Enocean he held the position of International Sales Director, Enocean markets patented and unique ultra low power batteryless wireless modules and sensors. There he invented and created several innovative Marcom tools, one of them the "perpetuum" company magazine which has been awarded the IF award for outstanding design and domain corporate communication, 2005.

 
Gurusamy Mathi

Mathi Gurusamy

Mathi Gurusamy joined Telit in June 2008 to head up the company's Global Operations. Originally from Singapore, he has lived and worked in numerous countries, namely USA, Hungary, Poland, China and Hong Kong.

Mathi's experience involves holding various roles within the Electronics Manufacturing Services and Consumer Electronics industries. The last 3 years, he worked in GN Netcom/Jabra within Global Procurement, managing their supply base and outsourcing activities. Prior to that, he spent 7 years with Jabil Circuit in various operational roles in both existing and newly acquired factories.

Mathi received his undergraduate degree with Magna Cum Laude in Operations Management, Logistics Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University. He is currently pursuing his Executive MBA program at University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business.

Sun Gyu Kang is a veteran of Asia IT industry with 25 years of experience in wireless communication and computer industry, primarily focusing in marketing and sales area . Prior to joining Telit group, he held senior management posts in major players which include Executive VP for Global Marketing and Sales at Pantech group, Head of Marketing and Sales for Motorola Korea, and Head of International Business at TriGem Computer. Mr. Kang has studied at the Seoul national University majoring Sociology and took Communication Policy course at graduate school of Public Administration at Seoul National University.
 
Kinzkowski Marcos

Marcos Kinzkowski

Vice President Sales & General Manager Telit Wireless Solutions, Latin America

Marcos Kinzkowski has fifteen years of experience as an analyst and manager in the telecommunications industry. He graduated with an Electrical Engineering degree from CEFET – Paraná and earned his MBA in International Business from FIA/USP.  Over the past eight years, Mr. Kinzkowski worked at Siemens as a customer manager and strategic marketing consultant. During his tenure at Siemens’, the Wireless Modules division increased the served market several times and maintained a market share of more than 60%.

In 2008, Mr. Kinzkowski was invited to structure Telit’s office in Brazil, where he joined the organization as Vice President Sales & General Manager Telit Wireless Solutions, Latin America. In this role, he is responsible for defining the strategy to serve and grow in the Brazilian market, supporting customers in strategic segments including automotive and is charged with growing the facility and production in Brazil.
 
Lonzar Massimiliano

Born in Trieste, Italy, Massimiliano Lonzar (or Max as he is best known to the many customers, partners, and associates whom he has helped over the years) is one of the most accomplished professionals in the vastly complex field of cellular communication integration and troubleshooting. Since joining Telit in 1997, Max has held many technical positions in the functional areas of Test Engineering, R&D, and Operations. In 2003 he was one of the first technical professional involved in the newly created and fast growing M2M business unit at Telit and has since then worked to build up the Technical Support Team in Trieste.
Max is currently Telit's Global VP of Application Engineering. In his previous position as Manager of Technical Support for the EMEA region he assembled a world-class team of skilled professionals offering the highest grade of technical support services to integrators and developers, supporting the region's sales effort both in the pre as well as post-sales activities.

 
Marchal Felix

Felix Marchal joined the Italian wireless expert Telit as Vice President Global Sales at the beginning of May 2006. Prior to this assignment, the 41 year old French professional worked as Indirect Channel Sales Director EMEA for Wavecom. The newly established position of Vice President Global Sales is a key component of Telit’s new global sales strategy. Based on its success in Europe, Telit aims to strengthen its m2m commitment in the US and Asia. Felix Marchal will be responsible for establishing, adapting and expanding the relevant organisational processes and structures. This staffing coup further demonstrates Telit’s growth plans as well as its role as challenger in the m2m market as Telit targets market leadership in the most important vertical m2 segments.
 
Sharon Yochanan

Yochanan Sharon joined Telit Communications PLC in 2008 as Global VP information technology.
Before Mr. Sharon joined Telit Communications PLC he served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) in ECI telecom LTD, an Israeli global Telecom provider of integrated network solutions for digital communications and data transmission systems. The Company designs, develops, manufactures, markets and supports end-to-end digital telecommunications solutions. Where he took an active part for design, established, determination and manage the information security unit.
Prior to this role, Mr. Sharon was the Director of Information Technology in the Broadband Access Division of ECI telecom. Where he took an active part for design and manage the IT systems, establish development units all over the world using collaboration solution to support decentralized development.
Mr. Sharon also spend, 10 years holding variety of positions including infrastructure manager, senior project manager and information security consulter.
 
Spanghero  Sandro

Sandro Spanghero joined Telit in 1997 and was responsible of the RF Project. In 2002 was appointed to lead the technical direction of R&D in Trieste driving the development of GSM oriented products. During this period he guided the conversion of R&D into the m2m Development. In 2007 was appointed as VP Global R&D coordinating the R&D teams in Trieste, Seoul and Cagliari. Prior to Telit he spent 10 years in Educational environment. Sandro Spanghero has a degree in Electronic engineering for Telecommunications at the Trieste University.

 
Spizzichino Tony

Tony Spizzichino

Tony Spizzichino joined Telit in 1999 to develop the Satellite division which contributed $70M in business. In 2001, he pioneered Telit's involvement in m2m as a founding member of the m2m Business Unit. During his tenure with the company, Tony has served as Telit's System Engineering Director, M&S Director, VP of Product Management, and most recently Vice President of Business Development. Prior to joining Telit, he held Product Management positions in Wind and Elsag as well as Project Management and technical positions within the R&D departments of Alenia, Space Engineering and Italspazio. Tony earned an Electrical Engineering (MSEE) degree in 1990 from 'La Sapienza' University of Rome.
 
Surace Giuseppe

Born in Venezia, Italy in 1963, Giuseppe has a strong technical and managerial background.He joined Telit in 1997 and since then he went through several important technical/managerial position.As last duty he served as R&D departments manager where he was able to put in place all the policies and road map strategies needed in order to have the product required by the marketing division on time and in line with the budget.Prior to join Telit spent several years on basic science (HEP).
Giuseppe held senior positions at EBI (European Bioinformatics Institute) in Cambridge UK and at the National Superconducting Super Collider Laboratory of DOE in Texas, USA. Giuseppe holds a BSc and a MSc in Computer Science and an Italian Laurea degree in Information Technology.
 
Tucker Brian

Brian Tucker is a highly experienced leader in the emerging markets of m2m communications and automotive business development. His ability to interact across multiple disciplines such as marketing, sales, business development and engineering as well as his background in design, development, tradeoff analysis, testing and production of complex automotive systems make him a valuable part of the Telit team.
Prior to joining Telit, he served as manager of automotive business development at Sony Ericsson.
Previously, he served as director of automotive technology at Wingcast LLC, which was a joint venture formed between Ford Motor Company and Qualcomm. Before Wingcast, he held the manager of telematics engineering position at Ford Motor Company.

He earned his Masters in Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California.

 
Ueland Michael A.

Michael Ueland is the Vice President Sales & General Manager of Telit Wireless Solutions Inc., North America, the US-based M2M mobile technology arm of Telit Communications (AIM:TCM).  Ueland is responsible for Telit’s presence in North America. Ueland recently served as Vice-President of Sales for Telit Wireless Solutions Americas.
Ueland is an accomplished entrepreneurial business professional with a proven track record of creating new products and developing new markets by leading successful start-up operations from early stage to high growth, profitable ventures.  
Prior to Telit Wireless Solutions, Ueland served as Market Development Manager in the Government and Enterprise Mobility Solutions division of Motorola, Inc.  In this role, Ueland was responsible for the go-to-market strategy for new wireless data products for the utility sector, which included market strategy development, business case development, market requirements, acquisitions and channel partner development.
Previously, Ueland was the Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for RAMAR Technology.  Ueland founded the North American operation of the UK-based wireless start-up.  While at RAMAR, Ueland received numerous accolades for business excellence including Frost & Sullivan’s Market Engineering Award for Business Development Strategy for demonstrating excellence in market strategy and business development.  
Before heading RAMAR’s North American operations, Ueland served as the Market Planning Manager in the Vertical Marketing Group of Motorola’s Radio Network Solutions Group.  As a member of this strategic marketing group, he was responsible for developing product and distribution strategies for key vertical markets and provided strategic planning support for senior management.
Ueland earned his MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. He has a BA in Political Science from Kenyon College.
